Ambiente familiar, instalaciones muy agradables y limpias. La playa es un reto a la imaginación y una belleza incomparable. Es darte una segunda oportunidad de vivir y disfrutar la belleza natural y la gente de la isla. Solo podría definirlo como INCOMPARABLE. Además todo esta cerca y tienen una mascota única y amorosa.

In May and June 2011, my husband and I spent five days at Holbox Dream Hotel. We had a very good time. The rooms were clean and overall we got very good service. We particularly enjoyed the hotel manager and his girlfriend (Jeremy and Alyzee), who were very friendly and helpful in giving us tips about the Island, making trip reservations, etc. They were always available for questions. Holbox Island is a magnificent place and I do hope it will stay away from mass tourism for a long time to come. We have been to beaches all over the world, and I think they all look the same. Not Holbox! We do recommend Holbox Dream hotel without reservations. We hope to be back there again.

We really did enjoy our stay there! The manager is a very friendly French guy and made our short vacation there a breeze. The room was very clean (done daily), cleverly designed and most have a great view outside.

The beach is super, the area is wonderful and the sunsets are amazing. Better than I expected.

If we had known, we would probably stayed there a little longer! Compared to the rest of the hotels situated on the beach, I feel we found the best spot for price, intimacy, coziness, and service. Would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a swinging location with lots of nightlife, you came to the wrong place!

If you are looking to get away, relax in casual comfort, beautiful beachs with charming little conch shells, water as blue as the sky, a lazy stroll into town, no nasty fumes from automobiles (because there are none), horseback riding along the coastline…now we are talking about Holbox Island.

There is a bit of treasure to be discovered in Holbox Dream. Nestled among the palm trees is this charming little haven, built in a tropical style with their stark white walls, wooden trim and decore made of perfect shells. I loved showering under a waterfall from a massive conch shell.
The manager Jeremy can always be found in the office or on the grounds with his welcoming smile, ready to lend a hand or guide you with information assisted by Aliezee, his charming partner. There are lounges leading to the beach, shady areas, a tile clad wavey pool surrounded by large flat stepping stones and a hot tub nestled on the roof with a view over the tree tops and down the beach. We were picked up and taken round trip by a golf cart transfer arranged by Holbox Dream. They took excellent care of us without getting in the way. The people at the hotel, in fact, all over the island were so friendly and helpful. We felt comfortable and safe.

Would we go back to Holbox Dream? Couldn’t think of any place better. We are looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed for 4 nights in Holbox dream to start our holiday tour in Yucatan; the island is wild, clean, calm, unspoilt, with beautiful beaches and nice people with very few tourists in this period. The hotel is very well located right on the beach; the owners are very friendly and helpful. they upgraded us in a deluxe room which was very beautiful and convenient (sea view, fridge, balcony, safe box). We have excellent memories of our stay and we would love to go back. Rather book directly with the hotel to avoid inconveniences. Just be aware that there are small sandflees in the beaches of the island when there is no wind (quite bothering but do not spoil the pleasure;0).

es un hotel de maravilla, la atencion, el servicio que ofrecen es de maravilla. no tengo palabras para agradecer y describir el servicio que nos brindaron, desde en transporte, el taxi, y llegar al hotel es algo maravilloso, su gente, sus paisajes, su vida, ahora entiendo pq mucha gente se instala a vivir ahi, olvidas quiza hasta el nombre, de estar admirando tanta y tanta belleza, aunq no lo disfrutamos al 100% por los nortes, lo disfrute a un 99% y no solo prometo, si no amenazo, q voy a regrezar, cada oportunidad que tenga, lo recomiendo a todo mundo, es una maravilla en este mundo, ojala nunca cambie

Dépaysement total sur l’Ile d’Holbox où nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable.
Sur cette petite île se marient la vie des habitants avec leurs coutumes, la pêche en mer, leur petit village avec une place centrale animée autour de laquelle s’articulent de petits restaurants très sympathiques, très bons, et petits commerces très typiques.
Bien sûr, pas de voitures ! pas de bitume ! Les caritos se croisent dans les ruelles dans une ambiance très familiale.
Le reste de l’Ile réserve mille et une surprises ! Encore très sauvage, les paysages sont magnifiques et font le bonheur des amateurs de photos !

Nos vacances à l’Hôtel Holbox dream resteront à jamais gravées dans nos mémoires.
Piscine en bord de plage, entourée de chambres spacieuses très propres et calmes avec vue sur mer, très bon couchage ; palmiers, pélicanset autres oiseaux formidables, mer chaude, couchers de soleil différents chaque soir que vous pouvez aussi admirer depuis le jaccuzi situé sur le toit de l’hôtel. Autant d’images magiques !

Nous remercions Jérémy, Responsable de l’Hôtel ainsi qu’Alizée, en stage ; Français contaminés par le soleil mexicain. Leurs sourires, leur disponibilité, leur convivialité, leur gentillesse et leur bonne humeur, sont autant de qualités qui permettent de se sentir chez soi. Tout est mis en œuvre pour passer de bons moments et faciliter la vie. Ils sont toujours là pour vous donner de bons conseils !

Vous voulez vous reposer, des lits installés sur la plage vous permettront de laisser libre cours à votre détente ! Vous souhaitez bouger, de nombreuses activités vous sont proposées : pêche en mer, quad, ballade à cheval, Wake board, kyte surf, ….. et à ne pas manquer, l’excursion Requins Baleine qui vous permettra d’aller les approcher comme vous n’auriez jamais osé l’imaginer et pourquoi pas, les raies mantas, les tortues, les dauphins, les flamants roses, …..

Tous ces animaux majestueux vous feront oublier les moustiques, seuls habitants un peu agressifs. L’important est de le savoir et d’être équipés !

Venir à Holbox Dream c’est ne plus vouloir en partir ….. Méfiance !

I recently spent 8 relaxing nights at the Holbox Dream which truly was a dream. This small , well maintained property located on a stunning stretch of beach is managed by a very congenial couple from Brittany – Jeremy and Alizee. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very well worth the cost. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and hidden on the roof is a jacuzzi with an unparalleled view.

Isla Holbox is a safe, scenic uncrowded destination for those looking for an authentic experience. It is not for those seeking opulence, shows, casinos. It is for those looking to relax, and savor a bit of nature.

I will look forward to my next visit.

We stayed at the Holbox Dream Hotel for 11 nights from 30th of december 2010 to the 10th of january 2011, and we loved it! The hotel is quitet, clean, cozy and has very nice and extremely helpful staff. We thought it gave great value for the money and felt very at home there.

Holbox Dream is situated directly on the beach and we could actually watch the sun go down behind the palm trees from our bed! Each room had a balcony with hammox and we could rent a golf car directly from the hotel. The manager Jeremy was very helpful, booking trops and transportation for us and spent a lot of time giving advice and recommandations for places to eat and things to do.
